Remote clone and upgrade PDB from 12.2 to 19c

Hello Friend's,
In this post we will discuss remote clone of pdb from Source host: dm10db12 (12c) to Destination host: dm10db11 (19c) with upgrade process of pdb

Environment :

Source host: dm10db12 (12c)
Source PDB: PDBFINDB in container database CDBFINDB

Destination host: dm10db11 (19c)
Destination PDB: PDBFINDB in container database CDBISTDB
Currently, there are 2 pdb's open in READ WRITE mode in destination (19c) container database CDBISTDB:

SQL> show pdbs

CON_ID CON_NAME OPEN MODE RESTRICTED
---------- ------------------------------ ---------- ----------
2 PDB$SEED READ ONLY NO
3 PDBISTDB READ WRITE NO
4 PDBCLONE READ WRITE NO

we need to create the User on the source container database CDBFINDB (12c) which will be used in the CREATE PLUGGABLE DATABASE.

SQL> show pdbs

3 PDBFINDB READ WRITE NO
SQL>
SQL>
SQL> CREATE USER c##link IDENTIFIED BY oracle DEFAULT TABLESPACE users TEMPORARY TABLESPACE temp CONTAINER=ALL;

User created.

SQL> GRANT CREATE SESSION, CREATE PLUGGABLE DATABASE, SYSOPER TO c##link CONTAINER = ALL;

Grant succeeded.
Copy the tnsnames entry from 12c server to 19c server
